LOST WORLD MISSION OUTPOST

This is the name of our facilities in Belize, It wears several hats, but   the most important use of the facilities is for the spread of  the Gospel. We will build a Conference Center on the little mountain where a restaurant will also will be located. This will be used as a Training Center to train pastors from every country in Central America and Cuba. It will also double as a church for Tourists and guests to worship . There will also be a Christian Bookstore on the property so that Christians can purchase good, solid books to read. They can also take Reformed books back home to spread the Biblical Gospel. Lost people will have the chance to buy Christian books as a means of Evangelism. We have invented the term, Reverse Evangelism, where people come to us instead of us going to them

Another hat the LOST WORLD will wear is as a Training Center for Pastors. Pastors From across Central America will be trained at the Training Center. Through WORLDMISSION there will be pastors, seminary professors and Missionaries coming to preach and teach at the LOST WORLD CONFERENCE CENTER, located on our little mountain. There will be Conferences, Retreats, visiting preachers, singing groups ministering also there.

Still another hat our facilities will wear is that of a jungle lodge. That would be the LOST WORLD JUNGLE LODGE. It would attract Tourists, again to witness to them. There will be hiking trails, bird watching on the property, hopefully a zip line, cabanas throughout the rainforest for guests, a swimming pool, a long wooden bridge, connecting the back side of the land over a 100 foot chasm, with tiki lights for night crossing, tube trips through the river caves, visits to the Mayan ruins,  fishing trips, diving trips, etc. for our guests. COME AND LOSE YOURSELF IN THE LOST WORLD!


This is a faith ministry, with no funds coming from any denomination. We are funded and financed by love offerings from churches and individual donors. One hundred per cent of all donations go directly into the ministry. WORLDMISSION operates under the IRS, 501 C3 umbrella of our church, First Baptist, Marydel. All donations are tax deductible. CONSTRUCTION MISSION TEAMS

We have two buildings on our property at the present time. We have an 8x10 storage building and a 20x40 building that will afford free lodging for mission teams. It has 6 bunk beds, a bathroom at either end of the building, both with two toilets, lavatory, medicine cabinet with mirror. In the living room we have a couches and chairs, conference table, a place to relax.  We have an outside shower and are presently constructing another. We also plan to build a front porch, so guests can sit and relax. We are planning to build a 20x30 combination enclosed kitchen with outside dining room onto the back of the house. We need Construction Teams to come help us build the porch and kitchen-dining room.  

We also plan to build a CONFERENCE CENTER on the top of our little mountain on the property. As the pictures will show we bulldozed a 100x100 level, clear spot on the highest part of our property in September to build the CENTER. We have a 360 degree view of the extremely high mountain ranges that surround and dwarf our land. It’s a heavenly view. We also plan to build a nice restaurant on our mountain as well for the use of all our guests. We then have to construct cabanas with thatched roofed huts throughout our 25 acres of rainforest to house all our guests. We have a 150 foot chasm, valley ,ditch separating the front of the property from the back. The back half is truly a Lost World with hills and tropical jungle. We will need to build a wooden bridge large enough drive vehicles across. The bridge will be lit at night by torches  which will  be a beautiful site. To enter the Lost World via the bridge there will be two  20 foot “King Kong” doors, with torches on top, that will be opened for you. 

We are building this entire Retreat Center by faith. Would you help us pray that God will supply the means by which to complete this 20 year old dream. We need Mission Teams to come and help us with the construction. We are praying for the Lord to touch the hearts of Churches and Christian Lay-people and give them a burden for this ministry, which could touch so many all over the world.  Is it unique? YES!! Is it valid? We believe the answer is YES again, because God has begun to birth this dream into a reality by the way He has remarkably supplied every step of the way this past year.
